Just needed to brush up on book one before freakin' finally continuing on with this series because I had genuinely forgotten what had happened in this one. Not sure what's taken me so long but I'm gonna start book two. I still really enjoyed this book and I just adore Mercy as a character. I would have never have picked out this book for myself. I received the first three books in this series as a Christmas gift from my brother in law who is a Patricia Briggs Fan. I finally got around to reading the first book and I just have to say the book is not bad, but it's nothing I would write home about.
