What is this hype? How do everybody like this book? Did we all read the same thing?

My well-known obsession with teacher/student romance brought me here. And I've got to say that I do not understand the hype and love that this book has been receiving since its publication. It was honestly a nightmare to read as much as I did. My joints hurt from the physical struggle I had with myself not throw this to the hell hounds.

Another Colleen Hoover book that I loved!!

I accidentally deleted my original review, but I remember that I loved this novel and will probably read it again some day!

I am a huge Colleen Hoover fan, and I will read everything I can written by her!

Die große Wendung, auf die ich gehofft hatte, blieb mehr oder weniger aus. Der Ausgang war schon ziemlich bald klar, wie hätte es auch anders kommen können? Trotzdem hatte ich viel Spaß am lesen und wollte das Buch kaum aus der Hand legen. Ich mochte den Schreibstil, den ich ja schon aus "Hopeless" kenne, sehr leicht und flüssig zu lesen, dennoch find ich kann Hoover mit wenigen Worten viel rüberbringen (in diesem Fall wohl auch die Übersetzerin, ich fand es sehr schön umgesetzt). At the beginning of the reading, I said, "Oh, plain YA romance again!" Just a little bit later... ...and then BUM! The book is much more than YA romance, I did not even imagine that it would be such a different book.

Colleen, you really can write! From the seemingly simple story you create something remarkable with wonderful words, wonderful message, wonderful poetry ...
