What Members Thought
Magic Bites is a good starter for a series. Good plot, bit confusing at first probably because there's a lot of characters that was introduce but a good world building. A post apocalyptic where technology and magic is everywhere. Kate Daniel, our badass mc investigate the murder of her mentor and then she discovered that not only human were killed but also wolves and vampires. This series is promising. Looking forward to the next book!

My best friend has been hounding me for awhile to start this series. I delayed it because magic isn't part of the paranormal/urban fantasy genre that I can typically get into. I love how this actually told a story. Obviously it is part of a much bigger story for Kate Daniels. It's refreshing to read about a female character that is strong, independent, intelligent (even when she does make stupid decisions). Just touches of romance, possibly for future stories? No sex (thank you, Ilona Andrews).
