I don't know how to rate this book. At times I loved it, and at times I hated it. The start was so engaging - a beautiful kleptomaniac with whom it's impossible not to empathize. I liked the book. I liked most of the chapters and the author definitely got her theme across...time passes and it has its effects on people and things in many different ways. I can't really describe why I like it because it is like no other book that I have ever read. Try it out, it is a quick read. Look at each chapter as an individual story that weaves into the other chapters with character usage in different times and places.

Not my thing, but well written. I had to force myself to finish it. The chapter in power-point was interesting, but other than the style of writing I am not sure why it won so many awards, but that is just my opinion.
I loved the first 2/3 of the book but I did not like the ending, very unsatisfying.
I did not like the POV alterations and felt it was a bit too much like a gimmick to make it seem 'edgy' or something. The moral of the story was inane and the characters not really likable at all. There were some entertaining bits and I liked the sense of six-steps-of-separation the characters had with one another. Overall, it just wasn't that engaging to me.
