First book I have ever read by Neil Gaiman....definitely a fan! Loved this adult fairy-tale.
I do not understand why people are so caught up in this magic Gaiman wields. Maybe I'm missing something.

4 stars. If you're looking for a quick fantasy read that isn't too complicated, this is perfect! It's very lighthearted and reads very quickly and is overall enjoyable.
I had two gripes with this book, the beginning and the ending. The opening chapter was confusing and kinda slow. I found myself re-reading certain pages multiple times just to make sure that I was getting it. What a wonderful story. Neil is such a talented writer.
Gaiman is always a brilliant narrator. His performance pushed my review up a star. Now, it's finally time to watch the movie and compare.
