I have some problems with time-travel books. Mostly it's that the logic is a bit off, that the characters change when they move to a different time or that the historical facts aren't accurate.
None of these problems happened with this book. The "logic" was explained, and the details, especially concerning dresses, were fascinating. This book was AMAZING!!!! I loved the plot and the characters of the story. The plot was very fast pace and I could not put the book down once I got started. I had to keep reading to see what happens next. I now can not wait to read the next book. I know I will not be disappointed.
Having just finished this book, I think the thing that keeps from marking it higher is that I'm so confused. I feel like the ending was super rushed and was a total cliffhanger. Good thing I've got the next book all ready to go.
