3 stars for time travel (which I love) and easy reading. The novel went quite fast actually though at the end, I was confounded that nothing really has happened. Or rather, a lot has happened but nothing truly revealed (at least no surprising twist) and I just feel... empty.

The book did not live up to the stellar reviews I read, although it definitely got better toward the end--enough that I'll be on the lookout for book two when it comes out in the fall. 16-year-old Gwyneth Spepherd has been raised in a very unusual family. I loved this time-travel story about a teen who suddenly discovers she is the twelfth and final traveler who can close the Circle and reveal a great mystery. But there are complications and she must go back in time with a companion to get blood samples from the previous travelers in order to complete the Circle.
