Not exactly what I expected, but it turned out to be highly enjoyable all the same.
A man with a large family, four wives and many children, has a problem. His fourth wife cannot conceive, but she's also the only educated one and will not agree to shamanic treatments. He takes her to the doctor, but what comes out of all this drama is evidence that he's been breeding a nest full of vipers in the form of his three earlier wives.
