This is more like a 2.5 star book, but that was not an option. This is a story of betrayal, adultery, family issues and of course, redemption. The Baxters should be on top of the world, they should be united in faith and love. Instead they are all struggling. This is the story of Kari and Tim and the decisions that are ripping apart their family life, while Kari pulls Tim back to God. I had trouble with Kari in this book, she was too good and too perfect and of course she would fall for the star ...more
