It was a bit slow in the beginning, but once they got to the arena things were happening all the time:) It started as a 3, but the end was 5 -> 4 stars.
Katniss returns in book two just as angry and unattached as before. She soon realizes she must play the capitols game if she wants to save everyone she loves. In an attempt to please the capitol she only increases the risk to her family. It quickly becomes obvious that her defiance in the hunger games sparked a rebellion no amount of saving face could extinguish.
