The concept of angels being bad isn't new to me, though these angels are the actual Biblical Angels. It jumps in where the angels have already attacked mankind and established themselves as top of the food chain. There is a bit of a horror aspect with children being turned into some kind of demon-like thing and the scorpion-angel hybrid things. I wouldn't call this book "Romance" but it is hinted at and will probably be more prominent in the next books. It was a quick enough read and kept me int ...more
