The first in A Charmed Pie Shoppe is so well written and such a good read. I love that Ella can bake magic into her cooking but that while magic is there it isn't in your face and make the story seem unbelievable like in some books. I love Ella and her aunts and other. They intertwine in the story so well. The mystery kept me turning pages and guessing almost to the end. Add in a couple of hunky maybe love interests and you have an amazing read. I can't decide though which guy I am rooting for.

Definitely kept your interest right from the beginning. Coming back home isn't always fun especially when your arch enemy is just as annoying as she always was and then being accused of killing a person you didn't really know, now that's ridiculous but finding out who did murder the doctor is quite intreging when there's other things going on in between. I couldn’t what for Ella Mae to find out who she really is and also those delious pies too. Pie are my favorite and reading about them sounded

Ella Mae LaFaye has returned to Havenwood, GA after she catches her husband cheating. Her family helps her to open a pie shop, but before things can really get going, someone is murdered with her rolling pin. As other murders happen, Ellery tries to clear her name. A cute start to a new series.
