I can no longer say I'd give this one the same review as the first. Really, the first one is enticing because it has a fresh idea, or at least a fresh take on the genre... and honestly there is some truth in the effed-up nature of the man that is Christian Grey. This second one blows that possibility for a likable truth-element right out of the water. I think part of my original problem(s) with the first book was that I had read the entire series in succession, book after book, without reviewing ...more
