What Members Thought
Some crappy psychology, unhuman physiology and a lot of alien-grade hardcore. While I'm honestly happy for the author that she did get a good paycheck out of this and its sequels, I still can't finish reading this, it sucks. I'm no prude, I did/do/will do my fair share of trash romance/erotic reading, the psychological implications of this are quite unbelievable!

Okay, I admit it. I gave in to the craze. I had to see what this book was all about....and I can't say I regret it. The Dom/Sub thing is definitely not my style...but the tortured lover romance thing is *definitely* my style. At times I was a little put off by Ana. Her inner monologue said one thing and then what came out of her mouth was completely different. I such low expectation for this. I was surprised that it was such a good escape novel.
Yet another book I could not finish.
