What Members Thought
I wasn't expecting a psychological thriller when I picked up this book but I enjoyed every page. It took me a little to get the hang of the back and forth narration between Straitley, a Latin teacher in a private boys' school, and the psychopath who infiltrated their ranks. Once I figured out I needed to pay attention to the color of the chess piece at the start of each chapter, the story flowed smoothly.
