What Members Thought
I thought this was extraordinarily creative and well-executed. We've all read a thousand love stories, but this is something entirely different. It comes at you in pieces and dances around in time, but it's so well done that it's easy to follow. You can tell that Niffenegger really took her time and knows Henry and Clare inside and out. I love that feeling - that there's even more to these characters than we will ever know.

I liked the premise of the book and didn't *hate* the book itself, but it definitely didn't live up to my expectations. This is one of those books I could read over and over. Original, funny in places and heart wrenching in others, Niffenegger has provided us with two characters to completely fall in love with. Her ability to narrate from a child's point of view aswell as an adult's is incredible.

I don't want to say too much and give the book away. It was an interesting concept and I liked it fine. I cried more that I laughed and I usually don't like books like that. I was worried that everyone I knew who read it liked it. I usually don't like those books either. But it was good. I did enjoy the way the story flowed. It was not choppy with Henry popping in and out all the time. That was handled well. Ready to see the movie now.
