Oh that was lovely and sad, how I cried.
The love story of Clare and Henry. They first meet when Clare is a child and henry is in his 30's or when they are both in their 20's, see henry is a time traveler which makes things very complicated. I think the author did a very good job of making Henry's condition believable and understandable without it taking away from the central love story. This story sucked me in and never let go. 4.5 stars. Excellent book with twists and turns, though trying to keep time travel straight gives me a bit of a headache. At times a bit creepy but I did enjoy listening to it.
I enjoyed the jumps in time though I admit that I was often confused about what Henry knew at a given jump. The early part of the book with the young Claire and old Henry was sweet but slower, the darker 2nd half of the book was more tense and poignant but more gripping.

I loved this book. I really enjoyed the way the book travels back and forth through time...the way he would meet himself at different ages and the way his wife had experienced memories of him that he hadn't had yet, etc.
EXCELLENT! If you're looking for an entertaining book, this is it!

I listened to this book because I couldn't get into reading it. It was also a bit hard to get into listening to. I felt the chartacters could have developed more and some of the language of the book caught me by suprise.
