This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. Maybe there was a time when I’d eat this up, but maybe not. I wasn’t that into Dan Brown as everyone else was, even when he wasn’t thought of as a hack. But this was so boring. If all but one instance of the Promised Land is in Saudi Arabia theory was taken out, it would have reduced the page count by 100 pages. It’s just person after person telling, sometimes to people they’ve already told this to, about this radical theory of the Jewish promised land, and how this makes Israel untenable.

Intriguing series about a retired secret agent, rare libraries/books and secret organizations. Cotton Malone is a great hero, dad character. I would like for him to stay in his book store for a while and raise some more babies. This one focused on the missing writings of the Library of Alexandria and was not super believable but interesting. I will continue on with the series to hopefully see Cotton grow in his relationships.
