I couldn't stand the whining and teenage sass on the audiobook. The story was okay, but I do not see why it won awards. The story was irritating, boring, then tragic. (view spoiler) Unfortunately, the book was very predictable.

My daughter passed this on to me. I enjoyed this story and its message of love and redemption. It was hard not to picture Miley Cyrus as I read though.
Excellent book! Great book about first loves and family and growing up and faith. Really really really really really really good!!
With Nicholas Sparks you can count on two things, great writing and loads of drama! His books are an emotional roller-coaster that rarely end with a happy ever after! They are draining in a good way! very cathartic!
