What Members Thought
In line with other Jodi Picoult books in which the moral/ethical questions make one think and see the other side. A very difficult topic that is relevant and difficult.

My 3rd Jodi Picoult novel and it's another homerun.
As someone who understands that the world is rarely black and white, I really love her stories which tackle really tough questions or scenarios and explores the emotional gauntlet experienced by all sides.
19 Minutes is about a school shooting that takes place in a 19 minute period. The main viewpoints are that of the shooter, his mother, plus a mother & daughter whose lives intersect the first two.

This book really makes you think about how bullying is still a problem today and how some people take their own life or the life of another. People need to speak out on this issue and they shouldn't let bullies be in control. I enjoyed this book and also The Plain Truth that is also from this author.
