This is my 4th Picoult book and it was good but definitely feels rougher compared to the others. I haven't looked yet but it feels like it was one of her earlier books.

If you're a kick ass prosecutor with a lot of experience in trying crimes against children, what would you do if you discover your son to have been raped?

It was definitely an interesting question to explore because as a prosecutor, Nina Frost was only too aware of how much the legal system fails and further traumatizes children.
