This was a great one. Grandma Muzar is funny as always and of course Stephanie is still a mess but manages to always get the job done but with so much added fiascos and laughs.

I laughed so much reading this book! I love Stephanie Plum and all the situations she gets into. And Grandma Mazur is a hoot! Add in sexy Joe Morelli and hawt Ranger and all the other quirky and bizarre characters and it's hard to put the book down - I keep wanting to know what's coming next.

I think this book was one of the best. I couldn't put it down. Stephanie is a great character and I am glad she is a little more capable than when she first started. Now she has a tough choice to make which guy to bed. My choice is get rid of Joe Morelli and go with Ranger. The book ends on a cliffhanger so you have no idea which man she picks. The story line was great with the usual sidekicks that bring so much to the book.

Stephanie Plum is back and the bond business is going a bit slow so she has time to investigate the disappearance of her Uncle Fred. He went to run some errands and never came back. In the meantime a serial rapist is out on parole and showing up on Stephanie's fire-escape and some black cars are being damaged. Stephanie is distracted by a hot kiss from Ranger and has a midget to bring in for bond.

If you have read any of the books in this series, you know what you are getting in the others*: a light read, some good laughs, and a bit of amusement along the way.
*Accounting, of course, for the ebb and flow that seems a part of a series of this type.
