What Members Thought
Here’s the thing, I knew exactly what was happening in this book from the moment I picked it up(and not from spoilers.). In a book like this though, it doesn’t matter if you know what’s going to happen because the author carefully crafted characters and so you were invested in every mundane moment of their life. The writing jumps around to different points in Ove’s life and you get to know that he’s not a people person but driven by routine and feels the need to maintain order around him.
