This is such a lovely book. In a very intelligent story and a beautiful language, the author describes the story of Circe, the nymph.
It is remarkable and very enjoyable that M.Miller manages to resonate in an almost perfect and modern way the style and stories of the ancient Greek texts that came to us. My compliments for that, a great achievement it is.

3 stars. This was okay. A perfectly fine read but with all of the rave reviews I’ve heard I was expecting a lot more than just fine. I honestly don't have much to say about it so this will be short. I don’t know if I’m just in a mood or what but nothing I’ve been reading lately has been that interesting. With the exception of a few, I’ve not been loving the books I’ve been reading unfortunately.

I was really excited to read this book, but I did not care for it. The best part was the cover, which I love.
