This is my first book by this author, about which I have heard many good things before. And I'm not disappointed. Even if it's not the best book I have read this year, it was fun and entertaining.

Just as I don't like the first-person point of view, especially in romances, it didn't bother me here. Even though the author wrote Olive as a funny character (which I usually don't like), it's not annoying. You have no doubt that she is an intelligent and strong woman. I also like this more romantic an

I enjoyed this far more than I expected. I mean not many authors give bring us a wedding nightmare that churns the stomach and in the same paragraph have us laughing out loud. I feel I was smiling and chuckling through a large share of this book. It was a great element to add. You felt the seriousnous of some of the situations yet laughing at how they handle it. The maid of honor (her sister) and best man (the groom's brother) end up going on the free trip to Hawai'i and while they are there, fall for each other - hard. But things get complicated when troubling stories are innocently told... ...more

I actually laughed out loud a couple times. It was a bit longer than my typical romance, but it didn’t actually feel that long because it was such a good romance that was very well-written.
