David Baldacci has long been a favorite thriller author for me. With this book, he introduces a strong female protagonist that I found very interesting and complex. This would have been 5 stars if the international politics wouldn't have been part of the plot. I will definitely be reading more about Atlee Pine. I just hope her investigations focus more on the mysteries surrounding her sister's death than on government politics. ...more
