When a book is highly praised, I tend to get somewhat sceptical. Too often I found myself disappointed by too high expectations. No need for that here.
what an amazing, thrilling, moving read! Worth 4.5 stars.
The start of the novel was a bit slow, but soon it was anything but slow and the reader is in the midst of a lot of turmoil, both in the book as in him/herself.

There are books and there are Books. This is the latter, a high-quality read that I recommend to everyone.
The characters are awesome. The POV from Starr is wonderful. The book has meaning, without telling the reader what to think or letting the message take over the plot. Everything is seamless, beautifully executed and completely believable.
If you haven’t read it yet, do it now. This read is for everyone.
