#10 in the Charley Davidson paranormal series
This series is fun and entertaining and definitely still keeps me interested. I liked this one a lot, I think, because it spent more time on Charley's regular work as a P.I., although there was some progress on the Gods of Uzan front as well. Wow, there is a lot going on in this book (in fact it might have been too much at once)
What I enjoyed:
* It is nice catching up with the gang and I'm glad Charley and Reyes FINALLY talked to each other
* Her cases were interesting (the DA hiring her to prove someone's innocence and a "curse" on kids at an orphanage) but there was so much other stuff going on they got kind of lost in the chaos
What could have been better:
* Too much going on. Charley is working two cases (neither is very normal) and ...more
