What Members Thought
A very interesting book, plenty of action, and seemed fairly realistic in terms of this event taking place, namely the eruption of a super volcano such as Yellowstone.
It seemed to fall into quite a maudlin tone near the end, and didn't leave me gagging for the next installment as books like this usually do.
There are a couple of fairly brutal scenes, so I wouldn't recommend for younger readers. ...more

It took me awhile to read the last 50 pages, reguardless I really liked this one. I love the growth everyone goes through but especially the main character. Its like this could be future end of the life as we know it thing and I think the author did a great job given that the only supervolcanoes happened before we kept records. read it!
The book starts rather strong. I like it already even though I'm sure it will get weaker points afterwards.
