I want to say that I hated this book because of how it ended, but I can't. I knew something was off about it because I kept getting confused, but overall it was good. I do feel like it was a little bit too long just for the heck of it. I'm glad that I picked it up though.

It's about a family including a set of twins with one that died---but you don't know which twin is the dead one. In the book the mother is in conflict with herself trying to figure out which twin was lost.

Twin confusion

The brain can be a twisted mess but also heartbreak. Sara losing a child is one thing but for a child to lose her twin sister is even worse especially when everyone around her is suffering and can’t seem to give her the attention she needs. This was a good book with such a twist mess for the brain for sure. This story had me guessing at every turn of the page. I will definitely read another book by this author.

I absolutely LOVED this book! It's been a long time since I've been so absorbed in a novel, I actually swore out loud multiple times!

Tremayne creates a chilling, thrilling tale of a family that is monstrously damaged by the death of a child; meandering through so many possible twists and turns and still managing to tie it all up in a way that was both satisfactory and still shocking.

Read this book!
