I thought this was an interesting book. Once I got started it was hard to put the book down. I liked the idea of how it started out with one story and then the next chapter was a different story, but same place. The first story was about the original owners of a piece of land and then another person took that land. The story started in like the 1700 or 1800 then each story was a different year, but some how the intertwine with each other.

This book was a struggle for me to get through. It's very short and I think I read it in one night, but the story was lacking. This book is basically the story of a bunch of different people over several generations who end up in the same house in some way or other. I just didn't see the point in it, really. I really expected more from this book, but it let me down.
