#1 in the Haunted Guesthouse Mystery series. Very cute! Not being interested in paranormal-type books as a rule, I was pleasantly surprised by this cozy mystery. Oddly enough, it all fell into place nicely, making a lot of sense why Alison started investigating, getting involved in searching out a murderer. When she and her daughter moved into her house, doing all the work themselves to get it ready for guests, they discovered two ghosts of people who had been killed in the house the year before ...more
