So I've been hearing buzz about this book since the beginning of the year, what with the movie being made and now being in theatres. I finally got a chance to buy it and read it. Let me tell you this is one of the best books I've read. I tried to come across as few spoilers as possible before and during reading it. Love love love this books....all her books actually. This one was fantastic and I love the way it switches points of view throughout, showing two very different points of view of the same story. I'm a huge fan of an unreliable/unlikable narrator and this definitely fits into that category in a way that is brilliantly executed. It's been a long time since I read this book but what I specifically remember was coming home on a freezing cold day and running the bathwater, planning to read in the tub and get warmed up. I started reading (I had already read maybe 1/3 of the book) as the water was running and I got so caught up in the book I couldn't even stop reading long enough to disrobe and get in the tub. I laid down on the bed and read while the water went cold.
