This story focuses on Willa Jackson, who is descended from a family that was once prominent in the town of Walls of Water; and Paxton Osgood, who is descended from the family that took over the former home of the Jackson family. Not sure how to describe this book, but I really liked it. This was my first by this author. There's something that I really enjoyed about the way she writes.
