Stella Lane is a successful 30-year-old econometrician who happens to have Asperger's Syndrome. Her only three sexual experiences were horrific due to her partners' lack of sensitivity to her needs so she decides to learn how to "do sex better" by hiring an escort. The one she chooses, Michael Larsen, is handsome and skillful as a lover but has personal demons of his own to overcome.
