What Members Thought
Brilliant imagining of the history of the sorceress Circe from the Odyssey. Never at ease with her divine family, her exile on the island of Aiaia is punctuated by encounters with the heroes of legend but also the dismal dregs of humanity. Her journey of self-discovery is deeply satisfying as she navigates being a daughter, a lover, a mother, and finding her personal power and strength. It also has the pacing and plot of a great adventure story. Wonderful!
