I was not expecting to like this as much as I did. This was a freebie audio book from Audible. Frankly, the only reason I even tried it was because a)it was free, b)it was on the 1001 Books list, c)it's rather short (6 1/2 hrs) and d)I wasn't in the mood for the other 3 audio books I have waiting for me at the moment.

Amazing. One of my favorite lines from the book is "“You needn't be so scared. Love doesn't end. Just because we don't see each other...” What I believe Greene is trying to illustrate here through human love...is how one could get to love of God (someone who can be loved without being seen) Another great story...and a interesting investigation into belief and non-belief and the consequences of both...and how divine love is related to the love we experience for each other in all the complexities
