I liked this more than I did Just So Stories. Rikki-Tikki-Tavi and the stories featuring Mowgli were my favourites.
We loved this collection of short stories, especially those about Mowgli and the one about Rikki-Tikki-Tavi. The language/terminology was a bit difficult to read at times and required lots of explanation, but the stories were fantastic!
I cannot really say it was aaaaaaall bad, but I just couldn't finish it. It was such a chore to read it and... and seeing how I started it in August, I kinda forgot what I did not like about it - because only recently I tried to read the story with the elephants again...
