What Members Thought
A good adventure story.
Read along with The Literary Life Podcast. What an adventure. Very enjoyable and greatly appreciated the history background provided by The Mysterious Mr. Banks from the podcast. It helped me place this adventure in its proper timeframe.
Probably too slow for many modern readers, but a story with a great sense of time and place. I remember loving it when I was a girl.
