The Brothers Karamazov was recommended to me by my son when he was in his 20s (20 years ago). I bought it then and finally got around to reading it this year. Took me 3 months to read but it was well worth the effort (not an easy read.) I’m glad I stuck it out til the end because the final chapter was amazing! This was one of only a handful of books that just left me saying “Wow,” over and over when I finished. There are many layers to this book and I will probably spend an additional few months
