I'm the kind of person that tends to read the book before watching the movie. The Princess Bride is no exception. I have never seen The Princess Bride (a fact that twists the hearts of multiple people I know). I've heard about it, of course, but I never thought that I'd be interested in it. But it popped up on Netflix and so I decided that I should watch it and so I decided to read the book first. And I was kind of underwhelmed.

I first read this several years before the film came out, when no one had ever heard of it. It was so funny. A clever fairytale for adults.
So much fun with this book. I watched the movie first, but everyone did such a good job every where.
