What Members Thought
I really liked the characters in this book, their struggles to understand themselves, the fairytale elements from Penn woven through the story, the quirkinesses of the family... All woven together in a way that made it immensely readable. So often the descriptions made me laugh aloud and were so delightful that I had to share with my husband. My only complaint was the often heavy handed foreshadowing but it hardly detracted from the charming story.
