I ended up liking this one better than I remembered. However, I really wish Neiderman had just given some of these girls more mainstream unique names. Honey? Ice? Ugh.
Anyway, I really enjoyed Honey as a character and felt all of the other main characters were fairly fleshed out as well. Grandad would have gotten along well with Olivia Foxworth from the Dollanganger series.
