The best series from this author in a long time. I really enjoyed this series...this last book, I just had to finish it and stayed up way past bedtime to finish it. Overall the best series since flowers in the attic. There are a few series that I haven't read yet by this author but this has been the best for a long time.

As with most VCA books, this fourth book focuses on the daughter of the main character from the three previous books. Rain’s daughter, Summer, was decent enough but wasn’t nearly as interesting as her mother. I also felt she was a bit on the fatphobic side when it came to how she described and talked to her so-called best friend.
The plot for this book was different from most books because it focused more on Harley’s journey than Summer’s.
