this is the story of laura and what happened to her and what she went through.this was a very interesting book when you wonder about laura and her life and her grandmothers role in it all.

This was quite sad. Laura had a good life a handsome boyfriend a close knit family and like all VC Andrews heroines a nasty evil grandmother. The first part of the book is Laura's happy perfect life. Then the boating accident and suddenly Laura is locked up in a mental hospital. Why are all VC Andrews heroines so dumb? Laura keeps making demands and yelling and screaming and gets punished each time with more medication or other punishment girl keep your mouth shut and play along. The characters ...more
