Listened to the audiobook over the course of the day and it was actually so good! I think Neiderman-era VC Andrews might be most enjoyable audibly.
This book was ok. From what I'm noticing, V.C. Andrews might be getting into things a little more supernatural. She wrote two books in which her characters were vampires and now, in this one she writes about witchcraft. I still thought this book was interesting to an extent to want to finish, but the ending really does fool with your brain!

so good
I have enjoyed reading so many of VC Andrews books. Sage's Eyes was a bit different from the classic Flowers in the Attic and the series, but I completely enjoyed Sage, her family and friends. I would recommend this book to other that enjoy reading psychologically edgy, thrillers. I look forward to a sequel to Sage's Eyes!
