I actually quite liked this book...until the last fifty or so pages and then I was just so done. It felt like an Andrews book, with the messed up family dynamic (oddly sympathetic in this case though, which I liked- we didn't need a prequel to feel sympathy for the antagonists) and struggling main character. I enjoyed the book but it would have been better as a series.i don't like the story to end.the story of elle was interesting to read at the end is a chapter of the next new book that comes out nov 2014 as a bonus.this book is worth reading...

Loved it . I enjoy reading Vc Andrews stories I have been reading since I found flowers in the attic on my mothers book shelf 23 years ago and have read every single book put out by Vc Andrews a true fan.
good read it in one day kept me wondering
loved the book. I wish that it was part of a series.
