I loved the book! Almost all Julia Quinn's novels have charming dukes with a reputation of being handsome rakes but this one had a slightly different touch. Unlike the others, I could not warm upto the hero, Thomas Cavendish immediately and as Quinn puts it, it slowly creeps in making him more likeable than any of the other handsome hunks, in this case Jack Audley.
The story was interesting and the end scene in which the the two dukes find out about Jack's legitemacy was pretty awesome.

Mr. Cavendish, I Presume is the second book from the series Two Dukes of Wyndham by Julia Quinn; and like the first book, I absolutely loved it!

Thomas Cavendish, Duke of Wyndham has been engaged to Amelia but never thinks about her. They are not even in a relationship. He is not interested in settling down. He just liked having a fiancée to keep other women and their mother at bay.
