I may be the only person who loves this book. But if you were an awkward child and remember a great friend or teacher who with words made a difference in your life. You may grow to appreciate this one all romance aside. You would want to help that person in return if given the opportunity.
Miranda is good and such true love but Turner is a WEAK hero(if he really should be called one).
Although Turner's character started off ReaLly well but it got totally lost, and well....honestly Turner is an A$$!!
It felt like Quinn started writing and handed over to someone to fill in the middle then finished it off herself,,it ended BeauTIfullY!! ...more

Julia Quinn might just be among my absolute favorite Regency authors. But Turner was nowhere near my favorite hero. In fact, I hated him. It was really hard to see what Miranda saw in him and why she let him treat her so badly.
I'm speechless, I just can say that I love it so much! Definitely Julia Quinn is my favourite writer ever!♥
