What Members Thought
Ashley had 19 foster parents~and dozens of child welfare administrators,child welfare caseworkers,attorneys,psychologists/psychiatrists/therapists and the list goes on. Even after all that, they still get things involving her case screwed up! From the sounds of it,Ashley's mom didn't have the greatest life growing up herself~so,I guess,in a way it's not too surprising that her children wouldn't fare any better.
